Documents of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) and External Quality Assurance System (SPME) Faculty of Communication Sciences, Universitas Islam Riau are the cycles of Determination, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Improvement (PPEPP) whose implementation is carried out by Faculty's Quality Assurance Unit (UPM).
The management of SPMI and SPME at the Faculty of Communication Sciences of Universitas Islam Riau is a management orientation and basis based on quality assurance. It means that quality assurance's role in implementing SPMI and SPME in the Faculty of Communication Sciences management consistently strives for quality achievement in all aspects, namely aspects of inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes.
Quality Policy is an official and written policy from company management regarding the company's commitment to pay attention to and consider the quality aspects of the organization or company's daily activities. In the Quality Document, there are policies of an organization. One of them is the Quality Policy, which is one of the documents that must be owned by every company or organization that implements the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2015.
